Responsabilità

  • Analyze and optimize P&L of business units and contribute to profitability improvements
  • Supervise administration and dry storage operations, ensuring policy compliance
  • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and deviations with corrective actions
  • Support pre-opening procedures for new hotels and manage related budgets
  • Coordinate with departments to provide financial insights and decision support
  • Ensure adherence to hotel management and accounting rules, support internal and external audits
  • Oversee cash control, accounts payable/receivable processes and supplier contracts
  • Monitor and improve cost items influencing hotel results and warehouse management
  • Prepare business cases for investments and monitor project cost vs budget
  • Provide financial reporting and collaboration with the executive committee on scenarios and deviations
  • Handle real estate contracts and ensure compliant invoicing and leases
  • Participate in economic-financial planning and department-level budget processes
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and support audits and controls
  • Train and guide the team on standards and SLAs
  • Maintain relationships with hotel owners in managed or joint-venture settings

Requisiti fondamentali

  • At least 3/5 years of experience in hospitality finance or hoteliering
  • University education in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting
  • Advanced English and Spanish a plus
  • Knowledge of hotel business management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
  • Knowledge of accounting and financial regulations
  • Experience with economic and financial systems management
  • Knowledge of hotel operations
  • Tool proficiency: PMS, SAP, Office Package
  • Ability to manage cross-functional collaboration and internal controls
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
