In this Finance & Business Management Associate role within Consumer and Community Banking, you help optimize performance by driving key initiatives and advising business leaders. You’ll identify risks, deliver high-quality analysis and presentations, and support project management across stakeholders. Responsabilità
- Provide rapid support for executive requests across project management, presentations, and business analysis
- Structure complex information with strong design and advanced Excel/PowerPoint techniques
- Create wireframes and mock-ups for management decks and dashboards
- Communicate with business partners to understand projects and define next steps
- Manage key workstreams and deliverables
- Identify business risks and drive mitigating controls within risk management processes
- Support audit, regulatory, and compliance deliverables including RCSA action plans
- Coordinate team activities and materials for town halls, recognition events, and strategy sessions
- Maintain internal resources and documentation on collaboration sites
- Participate in cross-functional initiatives to simplify and improve processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related area
- 2+ years of experience in a Business Management or COO role
- Proven experience delivering high-quality presentations and reports with attention to detail and design
- Demonstrated ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups and drive agendas
- Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Strong time management and the ability to work independently
