In this role you will support origination, structuring, and execution of EAF transactions focused on Latin America and MLA-backed financing. You will work with borrowers, sponsors, ECAs, and multilateral agencies to tailor financing solutions and manage deals end-to-end. You’ll build financial models, prepare credit materials, and coordinate across regions and internal teams. This position offers exposure to complex cross-border financings in a dynamic, risk-aware environment. You will help shape the firm’s LatAm strategy through active deal leadership and client engagement.

Responsabilità

Support origination, structuring, and execution of EAF transactions with focus on LatAm and MLA-backed financings (e.g., IDB, IFC, CAF)
Build and maintain relationships with borrowers, sponsors, exporters, corporates, sovereign and sub-sovereign entities, financial institutions, ECAs, and multilaterals
Identify financing opportunities and develop tailored solutions to client needs
Manage transactions end-to-end from pitch through closing, including presentations and credit materials
Develop and maintain financial models, cash flow analyses, and profitability metrics
Coordinate with Coverage, Risk, Legal, Compliance, Markets, Syndication across geographies
Support client relationship management including pitchbooks and client meetings in LatAm
Lead credit approval processes, due diligence, and transaction documentation
Lead transaction execution from mandate through financial close
Prepare and negotiate term sheets, mandate letters, financing agreements, intercreditor agreements
Monitor portfolio performance and stay updated on MLAs, ECAs, and geopolitical developments affecting the region

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business, Economics, or related field
6+ years of relevant experience in structured finance, export & agency finance, project/ infrastructure/ development finance
Experience with ECA and/or Multilateral Agency financing structures
Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
Ability to operate effectively in a cross-border, multicultural environment
Professional fluency in Spanish (written and spoken) and strong English communication
