Responsabilità
- Drive strategic and operational delivery of hybrid data center solutions with AI capabilities and robust GTM frameworks
- Develop and execute global GTM strategies for profitable revenue growth leveraging AI to enhance data center capabilities and client offerings
- Define markets for products/solutions and execute GTM plans to drive adoption, satisfaction, and revenue growth
- Provide leadership and oversight for annual GTM plans aligned with global and regional priorities
- Direct and optimize solution portfolio investments, incorporating AI-enabled services and GTM best practices
- Foster a culture of innovation with differentiated, scalable offerings that leverage AI and GTM excellence
- Translate GTM strategies into actionable marketing plans with clear tactics and accountability
- Collaborate with product management, sales, channels, and marketing to ensure GTM success across global markets
- Develop and deploy a GTM framework as a commercial blueprint for proposition launches
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, safety and AI ethics, and GTM governance
- Stay abreast of AI, GTM methodologies, and data center tech with continuous improvement initiatives
Requisiti fondamentali
- Extensive experience in pre-sales/sales or solutions practice leadership within a global technology services organization
- Proven track record implementing and leading GTM and product innovation strategies with AI and digital transformation focus
- Experience managing diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies
- Credibility and established credentials in the hybrid data center ecosystem
- Strong budget management and business development experience
- Experience implementing strategic and tactical GTM initiatives that support corporate strategy and AI-driven growth
- Ability to navigate complex global environments and drive cross-functional cooperation
- Strong knowledge of GTM strategy development, marketing communications, and AI-enabled solutions
- Excellent persuasion and influence with senior executives globally
- Change agent advocating for transformation and GTM integration
