Experteer Overview
In this role you drive strategic partnerships and premium events for a prestigious international hospitality network. You will cultivate new partners, strengthen current relationships, and coordinate cross-border initiatives to boost brand visibility. You’ll manage B2B and B2C events, budgets, and logistics under the Director’s oversight, plus contribute to editorial content related to Members. You work closely with cross-functional teams to implement joint initiatives and represent the brand at national and international events, shaping growth and visibility.

Responsabilità
- Develop new partnership agreements to expand the network and brand visibility regionally and internationally
- Strengthen relationships with partners, institutions, and Members
- Foster collaboration among Members to implement joint initiatives with partners
- Support organization of B2B and B2C events including budget, logistics, and supplier management under supervision
- Manage the annual Action Plan and propose corrective actions to meet objectives
- Represent the Delegation at national and international events to promote brand awareness
- Coordinate editorial content for Members and collaborate on publications with HQ
- Carry out cross-functional and additional activities as needed
Requisiti fondamentali
- University Degree / Master’s Degree (minimum required)
- At least 5 years of experience in commercial and/or marketing roles within the luxury sector
- International experience is an asset
- Fluent English; knowledge of French is a plus
- Proficiency in SharePoint, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills for managing partnerships and commercial agreements
- Excellent project management abilities; proactive, solution-oriented mindset; respect for timelines and guidelines
- Flexibility and willingness to travel within Italy and abroad
