In this role you will own the end-to-end thermal solution strategy, from architecture to market enablement across the EMEA region. You will align technical requirements with business goals, support sales and technical teams, and translate customer needs into tangible product offerings. You will work across BUs to ensure coherence, performance visibility, and market-driven development, shaping the future of thermal management in data centers and mission-critical facilities.
Responsabilità
- Define and maintain engineering-level specifications for Technology Cooling Systems
- Conduct engineering-level preliminary evaluations for Thermal Chain solutions
- Lead technical discussions across the Thermal Chain and with sales/solutions teams
- Contribute to make/buy decisions, platform strategies, and roadmap alignment across BUs
- Apply knowledge of HVAC control logic, PLCs, and BMS integration to shape SOOs
- Interpret Revit models and 3D layouts; draft preliminary solution diagrams
- Act as SME for Technical Sales and Solutions Architects during Early Quotation
- Deliver technical demos, competitive comparisons, and solution positioning
- Translate VOC into an EMEA solution offering, coordinating with Tech Sales/SA and Global BUs
- Drive NPDI proposals based on market demand and technology readiness
- Provide customer-facing documentation and marketing collateral tailored to region/segments
- Prepare presentations, product demos, and sales enablement materials
- Develop and track post-launch metrics for new offerings and collaborate with Marketing to run programs
Requisiti fondamentali
- 8+ years of technical, product, strategic planning, marketing or related experience
- Bachelor in Engineering; Master preferred
- Strong business acumen and cross-functional relationship skills
- Technical ability to translate customer needs into solutions
- Problem solving, data analysis, and project management skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and Revit
- Experience with complex thermal or HVAC systems; data center/mission-critical exposure preferred
- Ability to travel >30%
- Ability to interact with all organizational levels
