In this role you will deliver comprehensive HR administrative support across Europe, focusing on payroll, compliance, and process optimization. You will work with external providers to maintain employee records, manage contracts and onboarding, and support salary processes and HR reporting. Your efforts will help ensure compliant, efficient cross-border HR operations aligned with the regional and global HR agenda. This position offers impact through improving processes, data integrity, and timely HR services within a dynamic international environment.
Responsabilità
- Oversee preparation of employment contracts, offer/promotion letters, and onboarding paperwork
- Coordinate payroll operations and statutory contributions with local providers
- Maintain and update international employee records and HR documentation
- Manage salary payments and generate HR reports (headcount, metrics, etc.)
- Support incentive processes and annual salary review activities
- Address HR queries from employees in the EMEA region
- Contribute to regional or global HR projects as needed
Requisiti fondamentali
- Degree qualified, ideally in Human Resources or related field
- Minimum 5 years’ HR experience in similar roles
- Fluent English required; familiarity with HRIS and international environments preferred
- Strong organization and data management skills
- Excellent communication abilities, discretion, and a collaborative mindset
- Customer orientation and adaptability to change
