In this role you support the MP&C Manager to plan production schedules aligning with budget and to monitor plant performance trends. You collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth execution and continuous improvement. You work with MRP processes, budget planning, and delivery performance to help meet targets while ensuring safety and quality standards. This position offers the opportunity to influence line efficiency and capital utilization in a cross-functional environment.

Responsabilità

Process planning and scheduling using MRP to coordinate production activities
Develop and analyze budget plans and workloads for medium- and long-term actions
Coordinate activities to achieve working capital targets
Prepare reports to monitor delivery performance
Ensure DSA level toward customers
Manage stock coverage index
Comply with quality procedures and safety regulations; support Safety Department
Collaborate with all departments to promote continuous improvement and effective information transfer
Resolve internal conflicts with appropriate behavior and communication tools

Requisiti fondamentali

Degree in Engineering
At least 1 year of experience in logistics, production planning, and/or supply chain
Knowledge of helicopter components and related technical documentation
Familiarity with industry regulations (UNI EN ISO, EASA, ENAC) and safety/quality standards
Strong organizational and communication skills
