As Europe eCommerce Manager, you will lead the growth of Safilo’s European Direct-to-Consumer business across key brands. You translate global priorities into market plans, manage the sales plan, and drive commercial performance, site experience, and operations across Germany, Austria, France, Italy, and the UK. You lead a small regional team, balancing strategy with hands-on execution, and align with global and regional partners to build a scalable, brand-consistent eCommerce model.

Responsabilità

Define and lead the European eCommerce strategy across Safilo's brand portfolio, converting global priorities into market plans, budgets, and forecasts
Own the European website sales plan, coordinating inventory, launches, and promotions with seasonal demand
Manage commercial levers (pricing, promotions, traffic, conversion) to drive sustainable growth
Lead and develop a small eCommerce team, setting priorities and ensuring operational ownership
Ensure accuracy and speed in site updates, launches, and optimizations
Hands-on leadership when needed to enable the team to scale
Own European site merchandising across brands (product setup, collections, categorization, cross-sell/upsell)
Lead pricing, promotions, landing pages, and campaigns with brand consistency and commercial impact
Serve as regional customer and eCommerce voice to drive improvements in usability and experience
Partner with Brand, Marketing, and regional teams to align site plans with marketing calendars and sales objectives
Own commercial reporting for European website performance and translate insights into actions (traffic, conversion, returns, product mix, country CRO)
Identify and build business cases for optimization and new features with global partners
Act as the primary European eCommerce point of contact, aligning stakeholders on priorities, timelines, and execution
Manage regional operating budget and build cases for incremental investment based on ROI
Collaborate with technology, customer service, and supply chain to ensure end-to-end customer experience
