As a Collection Merchandising Coordinator, you help shape product strategy aligned with the brand and business goals. You’ll manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle and coordinate development from concept to in-market. You’ll support creative briefs, data-driven performance analysis, and pricing to safeguard margin while identifying growth opportunities. Responsabilità

Define product strategy aligned with brand image and business objectives
Manage portfolio and product lifecycle
Coordinate product development from brief to market with cross-functional stakeholders
Maintain product data accuracy in internal tools
Provide weekly and ad hoc product performance analyses
Conduct monthly competitive and trend analyses with insights
Perform pricing analysis to ensure consistency and margin
Create ad hoc documentation for new collections, compatibility, pricing, and training for sales
Support brand team in content creation and events, ensuring alignment with strategy, stock levels, and high-potential items
