As Director, SI Strategic Alliances (EMEA), you will lead strategic partnerships with System Integrators to accelerate revenue and delivery excellence for the Vistex Margin Optimization Platform. You’ll align GTM and delivery with SI partners, support regional sales plans, and deepen executive relationships to uncover joint growth opportunities. Your leadership will drive pipeline and subscription revenue while coordinating cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. This role offers impact across markets, shaping partner strategy and execution to scale profitable alliances.

Responsabilità

Manage SI GTM and delivery operations
Support geo-based sales teams with market-specific partner plans
Develop executive alliances and SME relationships to identify and pursue joint opportunities
Create and execute joint account plans with regular reviews and progress tracking
Drive pipeline, subscription revenue, and successful delivery with SI partnerships
Foster cross-functional collaboration within Vistex and SI partners
Influence strategy and execution as a senior member of the Ecosystem team
Identify and raise risks and issues when needed
Utilize internal systems/tools to track, analyze, and communicate progress
Deliver high-impact outcomes in a fast-paced environment

Requisiti fondamentali

10 years: experience in sales, business development, and strategic partnerships in technology
Fluent in German and English
Strong experience with System Integrators
Experience packaging/productizing use cases for SPs to monetize cloud solutions
Proven ability to work with senior internal/external stakeholders
Strong verbal and written communication and leadership skills
Ownership, drive, and urgency with executive presence
High-growth mindset and strategic execution experience
Willingness to travel up to 50%
