In this on-site role in Porto Cervo, you lead the daily sales activities to build long-term, value-based client relationships and drive property sales targets. You collaborate with the sales leader and management to craft and execute a strategic plan across the segment, including promotions and revenue initiatives. You guide a sales team to reach personal and group booking goals while ensuring outstanding guest service and brand standards. This position offers meaningful impact through strategic leadership and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilità

  • Develop and execute segment sales strategies with the sales leader
  • Collaborate with management to create a revenue, customer, and market-focused sales plan
  • Assist in developing and implementing promotions (internal and external)
  • Provide leadership to maximize revenue and set booking goals for the team
  • Monitor day-to-day activities of direct reports and approve catering space releases when needed
  • Participate in sales calls, pursue new business, and support contract proposals and customer communications
  • Analyze market data using sales systems to hit financial goals for rooms and catering
  • Support Revenue Management with six-period projections and review guest satisfaction for improvement
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service and gather feedback from guests during pre- and post-event meetings
  • Develop key stakeholder relationships and coordinate with off-property sales channels to align efforts
  • Hire and onboard management and hourly staff using available training tools

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business Administration, Marketing, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related field
  • minimum of 5 years' experience in the same role
  • experience in leading sales teams and managing revenue-focused activities
  • familiarity with sales systems and contract proposal processes
