As Director of Sales for the US market, you will lead and execute growth strategies for Orient Express Sailing Yachts. Responsabilità

  • Define and implement comprehensive sales action plans aligned with objectives
  • Advise on tactical activities to achieve short-term objectives and run targeted campaigns
  • Collaborate with global sales teams and internal resources to drive campaigns
  • Monitor revenue, analyze performance data, and optimize pricing with revenue management
  • Coordinate and represent the portfolio at professional events to build relationships and opportunities
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts and pursue new acquisition opportunities
  • Provide guidance and training to Accor global sales teams for leisure segment consistency
  • Establish periodic reports and BI to track performance
  • Oversee budget allocation for the leisure segment
  • Lead and inspire the sales team, providing direction and mentorship

Requisiti fondamentali

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a leadership role
  • Proven track record in leisure sales within travel and tourism (cruise or train experience a plus)
  • Strong understanding of travel agencies and tour operators
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and stakeholder management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; data-driven decision making
  • Proficient in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and implement effective strategies
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills with US leisure travel partners
