In this role you will lead global MICE sales for Orient Express, developing action plans aligned with defined objectives and sales strategies. You will collaborate with ACCOR Global Sales and Orient Express Management Company to grow the MICE pipeline and achieve targets. You will manage proposals, pricing, and contracts for incentive groups or full yacht charters, and nurture relationships in the yacht charter market. You will oversee budgeting, CRM, reporting, and performance metrics, while coordinating with operations and marketing to ensure exceptional guest experiences. This is a high-impact position at the intersection of luxury travel, partnerships, and brand expansion.

Responsabilità

Develop and implement action plans aligned with objectives and sales strategies
Build and manage a MICE sales pipeline; meet/exceed annual MICE goals
Manage client acquisition, calls, presentations, and proposals/contracts
Maintain relationships with yacht brokers, family offices, event planners, and stakeholders
Oversee budgeting, invoicing, CRM management, and performance evaluations
Collaborate with operations to define yacht charter activities, itineraries, and partners
Coordinate with ACCOR Global Sales and Orient Express Management Company on campaigns and collateral
Support marketing with sales messaging, collateral, and targeted initiatives
