In this role you lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to drive hotel revenue and market positioning. You partner with Sales and Marketing leadership to craft annual plans and align with cross-cutting revenue strategies. You oversee brand-accurate communications across digital channels and manage partnerships to unlock incremental opportunities. You report on performance to executives and own the marketing team’s output. This role shapes demand, brand integrity, and the guest experience at scale.

Responsabilità

Develop overarching marketing strategy and property email plans aligned with hotel priorities
Oversee execution of marketing initiatives, campaigns, and collateral to maximize revenue
Lead demand generation and partnership development, including third-party channels
Coordinate monthly marketing plan with financial forecast and area leadership
Drive brand guardian responsibilities and ensure brand voice consistency
Collaborate with Revenue Management on promotional strategies and OTA planning
Lead direct asset development (photoshoots, content) for multi-channel use
Monitor SEO and digital performance, provide actionable recommendations
Manage Public Relations strategy and agency relationships
Lead and develop the marketing team, including hiring and performance reviews

Requisiti fondamentali

Associate degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related major with 2 years in Hospitality Sales or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related major with 1 year in Hospitality Sales or equivalent
