Responsabilità

Direct, manage and develop the Finance & Purchasing team and establish strong internal controls and accounting procedures
Oversee compliance with the hotel management contract, laws, and corporate policy, reporting discrepancies to General Manager and group management
Drive profitability improvements through exception reporting and analyses to measure success
Organize and optimize treasury functions to manage working capital and cash flow per guidelines
Support hotel leadership and HR on strategic matters and promote learning & development within the finance team
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial meetings with Corporate MOHG finance and owners
Promote Safe, Sound and Sustainable practices and act as hotel ambassador in all activities
Carry out additional duties as requested by management related to hotel operations

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor in Accounting or Finance
10 years of comparable experience
Proficient in Windows-based software applications
Strong Excel proficiency
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent in Italian and English
Italian citizenship with working experience in Italy and knowledge of general fiscal principles
Strong leadership, organizational and prioritization abilities
Ability to manage within hotel management contracts and international corporate governance
