In this role you drive high-impact digital acquisition initiatives for a fast-growing travel startup. You optimize multi-channel campaigns to maximize ROI and steer spend toward profitable prospects. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven bidding, creative testing, and analytics-driven improvements. Responsabilità

  • Manage and optimize digital acquisition budgets to maximize ROI
  • Plan, implement, track, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, and other channels
  • Conduct regular SEA and paid social optimization (keywords, audiences, ad testing, creatives)
  • Drive optimization at a granular level: bidding, audiences, creatives, ad copy, landing pages, analytics
  • Support reporting and analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Automate and optimize all biddable tasks and contribute to building the future of digital acquisition (AI, automation, reporting, structure)
  • Collaborate on learning agendas, split tests, new platform capabilities, and industry trends with cross-team partners

Requisiti fondamentali

  • 3+ years managing complex performance campaigns with sizable budgets
  • Experience in tech, digital marketplace, or travel company a plus
  • Advertising effectiveness experience: A/B testing, audience and bidding experiments, KPI tracking (CPC, CTR, CR, CPA, ROAS)
  • Strong knowledge of bidding strategies and attribution models (DD/U-shape); familiarity with ad rules and bidding tools
  • Analytics tools proficiency: Google Analytics, GTM; strong Excel/Sheets skills
  • Passion for customer acquisition and understanding consumer paths; ability to stay ahead of platform trends
  • Good workload prioritization with minimal supervision
  • Clear and thorough communication in Italian and English
