Experteer Overview
As Destination Manager in our Supply team, you shape WeRoad’s travel portfolio for Southern Europe by sourcing, contracting, and optimizing itineraries with top suppliers. You build strong partner networks, manage inventory and commercial performance, and drive high-quality experiences for WeRoaders. You’ll work cross-functionally to ensure customer-centric itineraries and contribute to scalable growth in a fast-paced startup culture. This role offers a hands-on path to influence product quality and supplier strategy.

Responsabilità
- Define optimal product mix for assigned destinations and maximize conversion through portfolio management
- Negotiate, contract and secure favorable terms, rates and inventory with partners
- Monitor partner performance, propose improvements, and drive commercial margins with Sales
- Source new partnerships with innovative suppliers and maintain a strong pipeline
- Ensure top-quality itineraries and continuous improvements to customer experience
- Report on product quality KPIs and contribute to crisis/operations management
Requisiti fondamentali
- +3 years in product management or buying within Tour Operator/Travel
- Advanced commercial and negotiating skills
- Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus
- Strong relationship-building and long-term partner management
- Analytical with KPI-driven mindset; target-driven
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player
- Detail-oriented with focus on quality; proficient in Google Sheets
- Experience in fast-paced startup environments; crisis/emergency readiness
