In this role you will shape WeRoad’s Southern Europe product and supplier network, building a balanced, high-quality portfolio of itineraries. You will negotiate with DMCs and partners, secure favorable terms, and drive commercial performance with cross-functional teams. You’ll manage live operations, contribute to crisis protocols, and ensure top-tier traveler experiences. This role sits in the Supply team and directly supports WeRoad’s growth by expanding partnerships and improving product quality.

Responsabilità
- Define optimal product mix for assigned destinations and manage supply/inventory across partners
- Contract and negotiate terms with partners to improve margins and support commercial performance
- Identify optimization opportunities to maximize partner performance and product quality
- Source new partnerships with high-potential suppliers and maintain a strong pipeline
- Deliver high-quality itineraries and implement improvements to ensure great customer experiences
- Report on product quality KPIs and collaborate with teams to enhance operations and crisis processes
Requisiti fondamentali
- +3 years of experience as product manager/buyer in travel or tour operator
- Advanced commercial and negotiating skills
- Fluency in English and Italian; Spanish a plus
- Strong relationship-building ability with external partners
- Analytical, KPI-driven, target-oriented
- Self-motivated, organized, proactive, team player, hands-on
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality
- Good knowledge of Google Sheets
- Experience in fast-paced startup/scale-up environment
- Comfortable as a main point of contact for crisis/emergencies
