Experteer Overview
EthosEnergy seeks a Thermo-Structural Analysis Engineer to support life extension, upgrades, and new configurations of heavy-duty gas turbine components. You will perform thermo-structural simulations for rotors and turbine parts, collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams, and assist supplier qualification. You will provide technical support to customers and work in cross-functional, international environment. The role combines design support, process innovation, and performance optimization. This is an opportunity to influence product reliability and production processes.
Responsabilità
- Conduct thermo-structural simulations and assessments for rotor and gas turbine components
- Support design activities for upgrades, life extension, and new developments
- Collaborate with manufacturing and quality teams to evaluate and implement new production processes
- Assist in supplier qualification and process validation
- Provide technical support to customers by analyzing issues and proposing engineering solutions
- Work in a dynamic, international environment with cross-functional collaboration
Requisiti fondamentali
- Familiarity with high-temperature materials and thermal fatigue
- Proficiency in simulation tools (ANSYS)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in English
- Experience in thermo-structural analysis (FEM, CFD)
