You will support meeting minutes, design approvals, and site walkthroughs while promoting safety and progress. You’ll help implement quality management and drive issue resolution and close-out actions with the project team. Responsabilità

Monitor day-to-day field activities and coordinate information flow
Assist in preparing minutes for project site meetings
Track design approvals/validation processes and ensure timely responses
Undertake regular site walks to observe safety and progress
Assist in development and implementation of quality management
Monitor activities and site works, record non-conforming work, and drive follow-up and close-out actions
