Experteer Overview
In this role, you’ll safeguard AWS cloud services by maintaining data center hardware, networks, and components. You will work with cross-functional teams to quickly diagnose and repair issues, supporting 24/7 operations. The position involves on-call work, escalation, and contributing to process improvements to improve service availability. This is a hands-on role with real impact on reliability and cost efficiency for customers.

Responsabilità
- Perform server rack installations and hardware break-fix on various components
- Troubleshoot network issues and respond to incidents affecting service availability
- Serve as primary contact for internal/external stakeholders
- Participate in on-call duties and scheduled maintenance/change management
- Contribute to documentation and process improvements
- Assist in interviewing, training, and onboarding new team members
Requisiti fondamentali
- 1+ years of computer networking experience
- 1+ years of Linux operating systems experience
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
- Experience in computer networking and Linux operating systems
- Ability to lift and rack equipment up to 40 pounds
- Experience with computer hardware troubleshooting and repair
