In this role, you will shape the BI strategy for the PRIMAS team within Amazon's EU Marketing & Prime organization. You will translate complex analytics problems into scalable data solutions, collaborating with business stakeholders, data scientists, and software engineers. Your work will drive experimentation, measurement, and insights across marketing channels and customer segments to improve engagement and sales. This is a hands-on position at the forefront of consumer analytics, offering impact at scale and opportunities to influence long-term strategy. You will work with cross-functional teams to build robust analytics systems and tell data-driven stories that inform decisions.

Responsabilità

Define and deliver the BI strategy, influencing architecture and analytics approaches
Develop robust, scalable analyses and solutions for complex business problems
Communicate insights and recommendations to management; support business reviews
Design and implement analytics solutions with appropriate data design and understanding of system constraints
Provide analyses, frameworks, and opportunities that guide multiple teams' decisions
Promote operational excellence, data modelling, and sound analytical practices
Refine BI strategies across teams and balance long-term and short-term needs
