You drive day-to-day security operations, risk controls, and incident response to safeguard customer data and availability. You manage access control, CCTV, and security vendor performance while shaping security plans for events and emergencies. This role offers leadership across cross-functional teams and a chance to influence security at one of the world’s largest cloud providers.

Responsabilità

Manage on-site physical security operations for Data Centers
Oversee access control, guard force operations, and vendor contracts
Conduct risk assessments, security audits, and incident reporting
Generate and analyze security metrics
Maintain CCTV monitoring systems and media security protocols
Develop security plans for special events and emergency procedures
Establish benchmarks for security performance
Design and implement policies to meet internal and external regulations

Requisiti fondamentali

Comprehensive knowledge of investigative laws and practices
Experience conducting security investigations
Understanding of workplace safety regulations and compliance
Advanced knowledge of security technology: access control, CCTV, identification systems, special security applications
Relevant security industry certifications
Vendor management experience
Data gathering and analysis skills; ability to adapt to new systems
Willingness to travel to other geographic regions as required
