Responsabilità
- Foster a world-class safety culture and lead safety initiatives
- Guide a team of technical professionals supporting data center operations
- Review ticket queues for large events and respond accordingly
- Manage and deliver mid-size projects and develop policies to meet SLAs
- Oversee a diverse team of Data Center Technicians and coordinate on-call schedules
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
- Prepare and deliver staff performance reviews
- Contribute to site-level project work and documentation
- Innovate solutions to fix complex data center problems
Requisiti fondamentali
- Direct people management experience
- Understanding of IT Operations and Service Management practices
- Fluent English communication
