Responsabilità

Build an elite support capability from technical and application perspectives
Collaborate with Sales to sustain base business retention
Deliver contract-aligned, priority-driven customer support
Organize internal training programs for engineers
Support field operations administratively (installation, routine tasks, deinstallation)
Advance the Customer Care vision and mission to add value for customers
Lead by example to foster a culture of strategy execution
Drive base business growth through problem solving and cross-functional coordination
