As a board-level Senior Scientific and Operations Leader, you will shape the scientific, technical and clinical strategy for a Class III cardiovascular device platform. You will build and scale a multidisciplinary R&D organization and guide development from advanced R&D through clinical programs and regulatory progression. You will engage with investors and the executive team to drive long-term value creation in a well-capitalised, venture-backed environment. This role offers the opportunity to translate innovation into clinical validation and regulatory approval at scale.

Responsabilità

Define and lead scientific, technical and clinical strategy for a complex Class III platform
Drive product development from R&D through clinical programs and regulatory milestones
Build and scale an R&D organisation across engineering, clinical and regulatory functions
Oversee system-level architecture integrating hardware and disposable components
Act as a senior member of the executive team, shaping company strategy and investor communication

Requisiti fondamentali

Significant experience in cardiac / cardiovascular technologies
Exposure to blood-management or blood-contacting systems
Proven development experience with single-use / disposable medical device platforms
Experience leading complex, regulated (Class III) device programs
Hands-on mindset for scaling technology in a venture-backed environment
Ability to translate innovation into clinical validation and regulatory approval
Capability to define long-term scientific strategy and direct technical teams
