Responsabilità

Campaign Strategy and Planning: define objectives, audiences, messaging; create detailed plans aligned with marketing strategy
Campaign Execution: build and run CRM campaigns across channels, segment lists, personalize content; oversee copy and design
Campaign Performance Analysis: monitor metrics, conduct A/B tests, optimize for ROI, generate insights for future campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration: coordinate with sales, customer support, and product teams to align campaigns with business goals

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor in Marketing
at least 2 years of direct CRM campaign design, management, and optimization experience
proficiency in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
highly organized; capable of working in teams and autonomously
quick learner; adaptable to different projects and evolving situations
creative mindset for compelling campaign content
strong analytical skills for data-driven decisions
