In this role you will develop and run ad-hoc CRM campaigns that engage and convert our customer base. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to align campaigns with the marketing strategy and business goals. You will design, execute, and optimize multi-channel campaigns, oversee creative development, and translate performance data into actionable insights. This is a hands-on, ownership-driven position in a fast-moving company redefining everyday payments.

Responsabilità

Campaign Strategy and Planning—define objectives, audiences and messaging; develop campaign plans and timelines
Campaign Execution—build and run CRM campaigns across channels; segment lists and personalize content; oversee copywriting and design
Campaign Performance Analysis—track metrics (open, CTR, conversion, ROI); perform A/B tests; generate insights for future campaigns
Cross-Functional Collaboration—coordinate with sales, support, and product to align with business goals

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor in Marketing
at least 2 years of direct CRM campaign design, management and optimization experience
demonstrated expertise in CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
highly organized and capable of both teamwork and independent work
quick learner with adaptability to evolving projects
creative thinker with ability to produce compelling campaign content
strong analytical skills to guide data-driven decisions
