Responsabilità

Administrate and maintain the HubSpot CRM platform, troubleshooting integrations and ensuring data cleanliness
Design, build, and deploy AI-enabled data enrichment, predictive scoring, and pipeline automation
Lead AI initiatives from concept to MVP and production, aligning with business stakeholders
Prioritize opportunities where AI/automation deliver high ROI, focusing on sales efficiency and data quality
Research and pilot new AI/ML technologies to solve business challenges and expand capabilities

Requisiti fondamentali

Expertise in Python with the ability to develop, test, and deploy complex applications
Passion for AI/ML and translating concepts into business solutions
Impact-driven mindset with a track record of delivering measurable business results
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle ambiguous requirements
CRM knowledge with familiarity of platforms (HubSpot preferred) APIs and workflows
