In this role you drive Lean mindset adoption and process improvement across the site, partnering with site leaders to build an organization that delivers. You will manage improvement projects, monitor KPIs, and promote continuous improvement tools while supporting performance management. Your work shapes efficiency, data-driven decision making, and cross-functional collaboration to enable the business to scale and excel.

Responsabilità

Spread and embed Lean mindset across the organization
Engage Site Leaders in OMS through training and support to establish a delivering organization
Manage and support process improvement projects
Implement and monitor KPIs
Promote continuous improvement tools and address action items
Support implementation and maintenance of Performance Management

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor in Engineering or Master in Supply Chain
At least 2 years of experience in continuous improvement in manufacturing/supply chain
Good knowledge of diagnostic tools, data analysis and performance measurement
Good command of English
Ability to analyze processes and solve problems
Excellent knowledge of Excel and Power BI
Proactive, team-oriented with strong communication and drive for improvement
