In this role you drive the commercial strategy across all segments and channels for Hilton hotels in EMEA, aiming to maximize revenue, profit, and market share. You collaborate with Revenue Management, Sales, Catering and Events, Marketing, eCommerce and Public Relations to plan and execute activities, while working with area support teams. You lead and develop the on-property commercial team and act as a key partner to the Hotel General Manager and Owners. You will leverage market insights and company tools to optimize revenue from rooms, meetings, F&B and other spaces, contributing to overall profit targets.

Responsabilità

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to maximize revenue and market share across all revenue streams (Rooms, GC&E, F&B, Leisure/ Spa)
  • Coordinate with GM, Finance and Operations to optimize EBITDA and TGOP targets
  • Set pricing, rate quotation, and segmentation strategies to improve profitability and group participation
  • Support on-property marketing, sales, and PR activities; align with regional and brand teams for maximum hotel performance
  • Collaborate with Cluster Revenue Managers and RMCC to review forecasts, optimize mix, and approve pricing strategies
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, stakeholders, and matrix support teams
  • Ensure conformance to Hilton brand standards and effective use of communication tools
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies according to evolving conditions
  • Participate in hotel and regional leadership activities

Requisiti fondamentali

  • 3+ years in hospitality/travel in revenue generation or commercial roles
  • 3+ years presenting to senior executives and groups
  • 3+ years in collaborative/matrixed environments
  • 3+ years using departmental financial data for strategic decisions
  • 3+ years experience identifying business opportunities
  • 3+ years experience managing a sales or commercial team
  • Fluent in English
  • advantageous: multi-complex hotel/travel experience, knowledge across Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance
  • advantageous: local language skills
