As Cluster Director of Finance, you oversee the financial leadership for Six Senses Rome, Milan & Ibiza, ensuring alignment with brand standards and strategic goals. You partner with General Managers and executives to drive budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning while upholding internal controls and compliance. You shape the financial direction across multiple properties, delivering robust reporting and proactive risk management. You contribute to sustainability and service excellence by ensuring financial practices support brand pillars and responsible growth. You will lead a team to sustain exceptional standards of operation and profitability, with a clear impact on guest experience.

Responsabilità

Oversee budgeting, capital expenditure planning, and financial performance vs. budget
Manage financial transactions, payments, payroll, and audits with strong internal controls
Ensure compliance with financial, legislative, and taxation requirements
Lead vendor vetting and purchasing aligned with Six Senses sustainability guidelines
Oversee stocktakes, storage, and inventory in line with brand standards
Provide timely financial reporting to Home Office, owners, and divisions
Coordinate with General Managers and executives on strategic direction and product standards
Implement and maintain documentation, reporting systems, and safety protocols
Forecasting on daily to annual basis to meet and exceed budgets
Lead and develop a team of managers to sustain brand operation and service standards
