In this role you will lead engineering and maintenance across multiple hotels to ensure safety, comfort, and guest satisfaction. You’ll align operations with brand standards and regulatory requirements while guiding hotel-based Chief Engineers. You will manage budgets, long-term maintenance plans, and energy initiatives, driving cost-efficient upkeep and compliance. You’ll collaborate with property teams and vendors to deliver reliable, high-quality facilities. This is a strategic, multi-property leadership position with a clear impact on guest experience and operational excellence.

Responsabilità

Strategic planning, budgeting, and long-term maintenance for multiple properties
Lead and develop engineering teams, provide training and performance management
Oversee preventative and reactive maintenance, report on progress
Ensure compliance with regulations, safety protocols across properties
Manage engineering projects from planning to completion within budget
Monitor performance, identify optimization opportunities to cut costs
Oversee contractors and vendors, ensuring quality and contract adherence
Communicate with property management and stakeholders
Implement energy conservation measures with monthly consumption reporting
Oversee physical operations of HVAC, kitchen and laundry, refrigeration, lighting, plumbing, and water treatment systems

Requisiti fondamentali

7+ years in engineering and maintenance management or related field
English knowledge at Intermediate level
Bachelor in Building and Construction / Engineering / Mechanics or related major
Technical training in HVAC-R, Electrical, Plumbing
Strong project, budget, and team leadership skills
