Responsabilità

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to maximize revenue and market share across assigned territories
  • Identify high-value opportunities using competitor analysis and data insights to drive revenue growth
  • Collaborate with Global Luxury and Lifestyle sales on account planning and activations
  • Identify new business opportunities with agencies/companies and build revenue streams
  • Travel to key markets for face-to-face meetings, presentations, and events to negotiate on behalf of cluster hotels
  • Manage and nurture relationships with luxury consortia agencies and high-value partners
  • Represent hotels at industry events and trade shows to enhance visibility
  • Address client needs as primary liaison to ensure seamless guest experiences
  • Act as liaison between cluster and on-site teams to ensure clear communication and guest satisfaction
  • Provide regular updates/reports to senior management on market trends, performance, and growth opportunities

Requisiti fondamentali

  • minimum of 7 years in hospitality or hotels sales with supervisory experience
  • more than 3 years in a senior sales role preferred
  • strong understanding of USA and LATAM market dynamics
  • fluent in English; Italian required or preferred; Spanish a plus
  • valid Italian work permit or EU citizenship
  • proven results in luxury hotel sales and account management
