Responsabilità
- Analyze financial data and develop financial models for decision support
- Create and automate dashboards/tools (e.g., PowerBI) to enhance visibility and accuracy
- Report financial performance for leadership reviews
- Evaluate performance by comparing actuals to plans and forecasts
- Guide cost analysis by establishing policies and procedures
- Support business development initiatives with financial analysis
- Develop financial forecasts and track KPIs
- Contribute to design and implementation of financial projects
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics
- 2+ years in financial planning and analysis in a multinational environment
- Strong understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Fluent in Italian and English with strong communication abilities
- Detail-oriented with ability to work independently and in teams
