In this role you will lead the global VIP relations and influence programs for a premier luxury brand, shaping high-profile collaborations and product placements. You will build and steward a distinctive network of cultural influencers and talent, aligning with brand positioning across markets. You will guide the end-to-end VIP dressing, partnerships, and influencer activations to amplify brand narrative. This position offers the chance to influence brand visibility at the intersection of fashion, media, and culture.
Responsabilità
- Develop and implement a global VIP strategy to increase brand visibility and cultural relevance
- Nurture a community of influential talents, cultural figures, and brand ambassadors through relationships and collaborations
- Maintain relationships with talent agencies, stylists, and designers; oversee VIP dressing from sketch to red carpet
- Lead global product placement strategy for VIPs in key markets and across TV, film, and digital content
- Support regional PR teams with local VIP initiatives and manage contracts related to VIP partnerships
- Lead global influence strategy to secure brand presence on key digital channels and with KOLs
- Collaborate with marketing, merchandising and PR to integrate influencer activations into campaigns and product drops
- Monitor and analyze influencer and community initiatives to optimise future strategies
Requisiti fondamentali
- Minimum 8 years of experience in PR & Communications
- Experience in a leading global fashion brand or luxury PR agency
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation abilities
- Team-oriented with strong problem-solving and adaptability
- Proactive and able to streamline actions across contexts
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Precise and rigorous in approach
