In this role you define avionics architecture for HMIs and draft subsystem requirements. You will work with pilots, suppliers and the development team to integrate functions on aircraft or in the lab, and to document flight manuals. The position supports a military training aircraft project, offering hands-on impact in shaping cockpit interfaces. You collaborate across disciplines to ensure compliant, high-quality avionics solutions that fit the program's goals.

Responsabilità

Analyze system specifications and subsystems for HMIs according to industry standards
Define subsystem requirements and design high-level requirements
Draft system requirements aligned with avionics architecture
Interface with equipment suppliers
Lead integration activities on aircraft or laboratory
Write flight manuals
Participate in meetings with pilots
Collaborate with testers, validators, developers and other systems engineers

Requisiti fondamentali

Good knowledge of avionics systems
Good knowledge of system engineering processes
Experience with development or definition of HMIs for aircraft avionics
Optional: knowledge of requirements management tools (DOORS or similar)
Optional: knowledge of aeronautical standards and protocols (ARINC 429, CAN, MIL-1553, RS422)
Optional: basic knowledge of safety and security applied to aircraft
