In this role you support internal audit and advisory engagements to assess governance, risk, and control processes across financial, operational, IT, and regulatory areas. You will report findings to supervisors and stakeholders and collaborate with internal leadership. You’ll contribute to the Real Estate SOX program and help prepare information for Audit Committee discussions. The position emphasizes relationship-building, thorough follow-up on remediation, and timely, precise delivery in a fast-paced, global setting.

Responsabilità

Assist in executing internal audit and advisory engagements to evaluate governance, risk management, and control processes across financial, operational, IT, and regulatory areas
Report audit status and observations to supervisors and stakeholders
Build relationships with internal leadership and business stakeholders
Participate in delivering Real Estate's SOX program objectives
Gather and consolidate information for Audit Committee meetings
Perform follow-up procedures to validate remediation implementation and assess remediation adequacy

Requisiti fondamentali

Bachelor's in Accounting
2-5 years of relevant audit experience
Professional qualifications or willingness to pursue CIA, CPA, CA, or CFA
Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX regulatory requirements an asset
Experience in Asset Management, Real Estate, and/or Private Equity sectors (private or public markets)
Organized, detail-oriented with strong project management and presentation skills
Strong communication and self-motivation; ability to multi-task in a global, team-oriented environment
