As a Product Management leader with Wealth Management focus, you drive the vision and roadmaps for advisor and client platform experiences. You partner with engineering, data, UX, and operations to deliver modern, AI-enabled solutions that scale across onboarding, servicing, reporting, and integrations. You translate business needs into actionable specs and steer API, data, and platform modernization work. You champion AI adoption and data-driven decisions to improve user experiences. This role combines strategic influence with hands-on execution in a dynamic, AI-first environment.

Responsabilità

Own product vision, roadmap, and execution for Wealth Management platforms and advisor/client experiences.
Serve as a Wealth Management SME with deep knowledge of advisor workflows, accounts, reporting, custodians, and operational processes.
Translate business needs into PRDs, user stories, workflows, and product specifications.
Collaborate with engineering and architecture on APIs, data models, integrations, and platform modernization.
Drive AI adoption within the product and delivery lifecycle using AI-enabled tools.
Leverage AI-assisted frameworks to accelerate documentation, workflows, and productivity.
Use data analysis and user insights to inform prioritization and improve experiences.
Adapt strategies to different client ecosystems and evolve with emerging AI capabilities.
Communicate with business and tech stakeholders, proactively managing risks and trade-offs.

Requisiti fondamentali

8+ years in Wealth Management, Financial Services, or related Product Management roles.
Experience with advisor platforms, client portals, custodians, onboarding, servicing, and wealth reporting ecosystems.
Proven track record delivering complex enterprise platforms in Agile/Scrum.
Strong understanding of APIs, data platforms, integrations, and cloud concepts (AWS preferred).
Practical experience using GenAI / AI-enabled workflows in product, delivery, or operations.
Ability to operate across strategy, product, technology, data, and execution.
Strong communication skills, structured thinking, and executive presence.
