In this role you drive commercial success for our Clinical Operations team in Maastricht, leading bids, pricing, and financial oversight for sponsor trials. You will partner with cross-functional teams to ensure contractual and financial performance while maintaining strong customer relationships. The position offers growth opportunities within a globally recognized CRO known for its mission to accelerate therapeutics. You will influence pricing strategies, study metrics, and change requests that shape trial outcomes and client satisfaction. This is a hands-on leadership role with scope to mentor analysts and optimize bid processes.

Responsabilità
- Prepare and follow through on bids for new business
- Oversee financial and contractual performance of Sponsor projects
- Maintain a strong relationship with the customer during an ongoing clinical trial
- Perform financial analysis and reporting
- Oversee client requests for proposals
- Develop change-in-scope documents for ongoing trials
- Customize pricing according to client requirements
- Develop study metrics
- Possibly supervise Account Analysts
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or Health and Life sciences
- 7 years of experience in the conduct of clinical research and/or contract management/pricing
- Strong working knowledge of financial and accounting processes
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and working knowledge of drug development services
- Excellent analytical, written and oral communication skills
- Excellent computer skills with a strong knowledge of Excel
- Past supervisory experience preferred
