In this role you support Relationship Managers in serving a portfolio of private banking clients in Geneva, focusing on HNW/UHNW clients within an international environment. You help coordinate client instructions, onboarding, and investment support, contributing to high-quality service and strong operational controls. You collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations to ensure regulatory alignment and smooth processes. This position offers exposure to private banking operations, client servicing standards, and investment execution within a collaborative team.
Responsabilità
- Support Relationship Managers in servicing a portfolio of private banking clients
- Coordinate client instructions, transfers and securities transactions
- Prepare client meetings, reports and follow-up actions
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client documentation and files
- Support account opening and onboarding processes
- Prepare and maintain KYC/AML documentation in line with regulatory requirements
- Liaise with internal teams including Compliance, Risk, Legal and Operations
- Ensure high standards of operational control and documentation quality
- Assist with order placement and follow-up across asset classes
- Coordinate with trading desks and internal stakeholders
- Support investment-related client requests and reporting
Requisiti fondamentali
- 5–10 years’ experience as an Assistant Relationship Manager or Private Banking Assistant within a Swiss private bank
- Strong understanding of private banking operations, KYC and client servicing standards
- Exposure to investment products and execution processes
- Highly organised, detail‑oriented and service‑driven
- Adaptable, reliable and professional
- Fluent in French and English; additional languages are an asset
