Experteer Overview

In this role, you will lead quality and product assurance for mechanical production in space programs. You will operate within the Product Quality organization to ensure QMS-aligned practices across project qualifications and serial production. You will collaborate with Engineering Quality Assurance, suppliers, and customers to monitor qualifications, manage NCRs and major reviews, and drive risk analyses. The position offers hands-on impact on product quality for space hardware and strengthens the QA framework across programs.

Responsabilità

Capture project and product requirements and translate them into quality plans
Present qualification status of equipment to stakeholders
Create/update quality documents per customer requirements and QMS
Contribute to PFMEA and risk analyses across engineering and production
Review and approve engineering, industry, and manufacturing documentation
Monitor qualifications and critical items; manage quality engineering and supply chain status
Participate in supplier, internal, and customer reviews (EQSR, PDR, CDR, QR, MRR, KIP/MIP, TRR, TRB, DRB)
Approve manufacturing drawings and MOS; support customer preparation reviews (MRR/TRR) with quality status and checklists
Manage NCRs and analyses of major NCRs; assist customers and CC to resolve issues in clean room
Alert on non-compliance with QMS and communicate appropriately
Prepare and contribute to risk/opportunity analyses across engineering, production and industrialization steps

Requisiti fondamentali

Experience with quality processes in the space domain
English fluent
Capable of leading quality engineering and supplier coordination in mechanical production
Familiarity with QMS, PFMEA, NCR management and reviews
Ability to approve technical documentation and manufacturing deliverables
