Experteer Overview
In this role you drive the agricultural spare parts business by identifying new partners and expanding wallet share with existing customers. You’ll map the machine park in your territory, analyze competitors, and report product gaps to inform purchasing and product strategy. As the technical-commercial expert, you’ll build trust with mechanics, negotiate agreements, and lead channel strategies with dealers, workshops, and fleets. You’ll work cross-functionally to design local promos and demonstrate the value of our catalogs and cross-reference tools. Responsabilità
- Map active machine park in the territory to identify spare parts opportunities
- Conduct competitor analysis across OEMs and aftermarket suppliers
- Identify and report product range gaps to purchasing and product management
- Acquire new customers (independent workshops, repair specialists, distributors)
- Grow existing accounts and increase purchase frequency and mix
- Negotiate commercial agreements (pricing, discount tiers, promotions)
- Develop and execute channel strategies for dealers, workshops, and large fleets
- Serve as primary technical expert for product lines
- Master digital catalogs and cross-reference tools for customers
- Provide pre-sales technical support to mechanics and parts personnel
- Collaborate with marketing to design local promotions
Requisiti fondamentali
- 3-5+ years in commercial/technical/business development in agricultural spare parts aftermarket
- Existing network within agricultural workshop and dealer community
- Experience using agricultural parts catalog software
- Strong technical understanding of agricultural machinery and components
- Track record of achieving sales targets in B2B environments
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to communicate technical concepts
- Self-motivated, proactive, organized
- Fluent in English and Italian
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively
