In this Turnaround Management role, you help clients navigate crises and improve underperforming businesses, focusing on cash generation, cost reduction, and balance sheet optimization. You work with a cross-functional Italian senior team to shape targeted strategies and go-to-market propositions, leading commercial opportunities and, when needed, taking on client management roles. You apply deep knowledge of restructuring, performance improvement, and due diligence to deliver pragmatic, actionable solutions. This role offers the chance to influence large-scale financial and operational turnarounds within a dynamic advisory environment.
Responsabilità
- Lead cases as team leader and potentially assume temporary client management roles
- Develop and execute strategy with the Italian senior Turnaround Management team for target clients
- Autonomously generate and develop commercial opportunities
- Support cash management initiatives and identify working capital improvements
- Oversee and contribute to restructuring of balance sheets and income statements
- Provide advisory expertise in restructuring, performance improvement, and transaction advisory
- Review internal processes within complex organizations to identify efficiency gains
- Engage with private equity and corporate clients to drive deal flow and value creation
Requisiti fondamentali
- Advisory experience, ideally at an international level within a leading consulting firm
- Specific expertise in leading financial restructuring processes in Italy
- Strong knowledge of industrial processes
- Proven capability to review internal processes within complex organizations
- Experience in cash management and working capital improvements with strong short-term forecasting skills
- Bachelor's degree; Master level a plus
- Fluency in English and Italian; third language advantageous
