Responsabilità

Design and guide multi‑service solutions with focus on scalability, security, and maintainability
Implement robust testing strategies and manage gradual deployments with monitoring
Proactively resolve blockers, promote knowledge sharing, and enforce code quality through reviews
Own features end‑to‑end with backend integrations across departments
Mentor junior and mid‑level engineers to uphold high engineering standards
Maintain and stabilize backend systems to support the mission of simplifying payments

Requisiti fondamentali

5+ years of back‑end software engineering experience
Proven experience with microservices, cloud environments, and Agile methodologies
Deep Java experience and strong understanding of AWS (bonus)
Technical leadership with ability to mentor and drive large projects across systems
Structured communication skills for diverse stakeholders
Passion for FinTech or startup environments and English fluency
