In this role you support the hotel’s finance team by managing data and ensuring adherence to accounting principles. You will handle daily cash processes, ledgers, and reconciliations, contributing to accurate financial reporting. The position offers growth within Belmond and exposure to guest billing and cash controls in a premium hospitality setting. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to maintain financial integrity and guest satisfaction.

Responsabilità
- Perform general cashier procedures and manage daily bank deposits
- Maintain cash float and conduct monthly fund audits
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies for clients
- Oversee guest ledger, city ledger, and advance deposits on a daily basis
- Reconcile accounts receivable to ensure proper posting and timely payments
- Conduct daily bank and credit card reconciliations
- Process and collect guest refunds
Requisiti fondamentali
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
- Analytical, communication and computer skills
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt and decide quickly
- Willingness to grow in the new role
