As an Account Manager in our Turin team, you will support international clients by shaping strategic and tactical plans to achieve goals. You’ll turn data into compelling, clear communications and collaborate across departments to keep programs on track. You’ll nurture client relationships, present persuasively, and help drive creative work with a strong understanding of digital channels. This role sits at the intersection of creativity, data, and technology, offering hands-on exposure to global accounts and cross-functional teamwork.

Responsabilità
- Develop strategic and tactical plans to achieve client/agency goals
- Help clients identify communication objectives and priorities
- Gather, organize and analyse key data and synthesize insights for communication
- Create persuasive PowerPoint presentations and communication materials
- Update and maintain status reports, spreadsheets, and tracking documents
- Foster and maintain strong client and team relationships
- Attend and participate in meetings; update internal database with work, timing, and costs
- Coordinate work across departments considering timing and fixed costs
Requisiti fondamentali
- Strategic mindset and analytical thinker
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and platforms
- Proven relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of digital tools and Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Persuasive presentation skills
- Team player with strong written and verbal communication
- Intercultural awareness and sensitivity
- Passion for great creative work and good creative judgement
- Self-starter who can work independently
- 3+ years agency account management experience in international coordination and global clients
- English and Italian language skills; additional languages a plus
