Role Purpose:
YNAP is constantly looking for Quality Assurance Engineers and Testers with technical backgrounds and testing experience for different teams in our Platform area. The ideal candidates are developers/testers with experience in a similar role at a multinational company, preferably within an Agile team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Order Team, based on priority, to increase test coverage and capability
  • Assist in the writing and validation of Acceptance Criteria (during backlog grooming/sprint planning)
  • Collaborate with business analysts in order to identify user stories acceptance criteria
  • Creation of U.A.T. according to user stories acceptance criteria
  • Monitor the lifecycle of bugs with Defect Tracking tools
  • Constant monitoring of anomalies
  • Work in close contact with the development team for the entire phase of the bug fixing process

Skills and Experience (different skills are requested depending on the team):

  • Master's Degree or equivalent (Laurea Specialistica o Vecchio ordinamento)
  • Knowledge of at least one or more of the main languages / technologies below:
  • C# or JAVA or any OOP language and its related ecosystem, SQL, SOA Services, WEB API, JSON, XML
  • Experience in testing
  • Knowledge of TDD (test-driven development) or Unit Testing
  • Experience in development
  • A team building and team working attitude
  • Good knowledge of English language (written & spoken)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
