This position reports to the Global Compliance Leader, and will be supporting Turbomachinery P&L and the Southern Europe region. Essential Responsibilities Focused on compliance process improvements, training, and driving annual risk assessment processes, the candidate will be responsible for interacting with Senior Management throughout the business, globally, supporting functional and divisional compliance goals and objectives, including, but not limited to: Compiling monthly business compliance metrics and quarterly corporate compliance metrics; Conducting quarterly compliance review board meetings; Managing the annual Session D process; creating compliance communications; Conducting investigations as needed. In addition, the Turbomachinery Compliance Leader will: Coordinate with the business leaders and functional compliance leaders, as well as with the General Counsel and Operations-related Counsel to develop and monitor compliance risks, create action plans and support overall strategies to grow while ensuring that compliance risk is limited; Ensure that business processes are being proactively monitored, reviewed and analyzed for existing or potential compliance violations and concerns; Drive key compliance related projects from identification through final execution, ensu ...
